General Information

RESERVATIONS
Table reservations are available on Seven Rooms for Live! Arena, The Pub & 1100 Social. Limited number of tables are available on a first come, first serve basis.  

Tables in Miller Time Beer Hall are available on a first come, first serve. Contact Megan Fitzpatrick to reserve the VIP section in PBR Philly. 

 

AGE POLICY
Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian over the age of 25 years old. On Friday and Saturday nights, we are 21+ only beginning at 8pm. On Eagles Home Game we are 21+ only beginning at kickoff. If you are looking for more information regarding a specific event, please call 215-372-7000.

 

ID POLICY
Acceptable IDs include:

- A valid photo driver's license issued by any U.S. state or territory
- A valid photo identification card issued by PENNDOT or any other state
- A Canadian driver's license or other bona fide Canadian identification
- A valid photo armed forces ID card
- A valid passport, passport card, or travel visa containing the holder's photograph

 

SECURITY POLICY
All guests are subject to search prior to entering Stateside Live!

- Stateside Live! utilizes walkthrough metal detectors for all events
- Staff will visually conduct bag and metal detection inspections to identify prohibited items to ensure the safety of all guests
- If the Metal Detector (Magnetometer) alarm sounds, guests will be subject to a secondary screening, which may slow entry into the venue.
- All vehicles parking within the Xfinity Mobile Arena lots are subject to screening
- Guests will be asked to remove any attire or apparatus concealing identity upon entry
- Any guest who declines to be searched or is in possession of prohibited items may be denied entry

 

BAG POLICY
Stateside Live! prohibits bags inside the venue in accordance with best security practices:

- This includes backpacks, large purses, camera bags, drawstring Bags, totes and suitcases.
- Hand clutches, fanny packs, wristlets and small purses are permitted but must not exceed 5” x 7” with or without handles or straps and are subject to security inspection.
- All acceptable bags are subject to secondary search.

Stateside Live! is an inclusive and family friendly venue, so exceptions for bags are as follows:
- Medical equipment bag and Parental bag smaller than 14” x 14” x 6”.
- All exceptions must go through metal detection and secondary search at entry.

Stateside Live! reserves the right to refuse items which may cause a danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or the list of prohibited items listed in the FAQ section of this page.


SMOKING POLICY
Stateside Live! is a smoke free venue. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers, is PROHIBITED in ALL AREAS of the arena and will result in immediate removal from the property. Smoking is only allowed outside Stateside Live! 50ft. from entry door.

 

CODE OF CONDUCT
Stateside Live! is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests. We ask that all guests conduct themselves in accordance with our Guest Code of Conduct, which prohibits the following: 

- Outside food or beverage. We have plenty for you to enjoy!
- Pets. Humans and service animals only, please.
- Disruptive, disrespectful, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
- Clothing with profane language or obscene imagery.
- No bikes, scooters, skateboards, or motorized vehicles. 
- Photography or video recordings for commercial use without prior approval by management.
- Solicitation or loitering.

Failure to comply with the Guest Code of Conduct, or other reasonable requests from management or security, may result in the loss of privilege to visit our venue.

 

PARKING INFORMATION

SPORTS COMPLEX PARKING

Parking is complimentary in the Xfinity Mobile Arena's lots on non-event nights and free one hour after the start of the final event of the day in the Stadium District. Parking fees are set and controlled by the Stadium District. The main entrance to the Xfinity Mobile Arena's lot can be accessed from Broad Street. 


SEPTA 

The NRG Station stop is located on the Broad Street Line at the intersection of Broad Street and Pattison Avenue. Visit the SEPTA schedule HERE to see subway times.
